 4 Tablespoons butter.
1 Cup chickpea flour.
˝ Cup all-purpose flour.
2 Eggs.
2 Cups water.
˝ Ounces fava beans, shelled & peeled.
Salt.
Black peppercorns.
2 Tablespoons butter.
v6 Sole fillets.
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
2 Artichokes, cleaned and thinly sliced.
˝ Cup dry white wine.
1 Small head of lettuce.
Salt and pepper.
